We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at our Mountainside, NJ Location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess expertise in various areas such as Pediatrics, Acute care, Orthopedics, Geriatrics, and Hospital settings.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to promote physical recovery
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain detailed patient records and progress reports
**Qualifications:**
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Solid understanding of anatomy and physiology
- Experience in medical terminology and patient care protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
